Air Tightness Testing, Soho Farmhouse – Oxford
AF Acoustics were commissioned by Soho House Group to undertake the air tightness testing at their newly expanded hotel, Oxford at the Soho Farmhouse.
Soho Group have recently completed building an extension to their existing Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. The extension consists of 40 ‘Piglets’ and 40 room addition to the existing hotel.
Our engineer stayed on site to advise the construction team where air leakage paths were occurring, so they could be sealed. With our help we were able to ensure that all the piglets and hotel rooms passed the air tightness tests.
Thanks to our air tightness engineers we were able to ensure all the hotel rooms and ‘Piglets’ passed and our client was happy with the extra work we put in to ensure a pass.
